BSN preferred., Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of [Your State]., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Department or critical care setting., Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required upon hire., Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred., Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled., Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-stress and rapidly changing environments., Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
